Prepruners
Available for inter-row and straddle tractors.
 For a front mounting exclusively on inter row tractor. Machine that operates 1 complete row.
- Equipped with a robust frame with 2 hydraulic motors 160cc each + 3 cylinders:
- UP/DOWN stroke 1000mm with anti fall safety valve,
- IN/OUT stroke 200mm,
- CROSS SLOPE stroke 90mm with anti fall safety valve.
- Manual folding system (180°) by articulation in front of tractor, for safe road transport.
- With storage support.
- Complete electric controls distributor : 2SE + 3DE. Equipped with an oil input divider 0 to 120 lpm + an oil pressure valve.
- 2 electric control boxes:
- BOX N° 1 : Functions for the cylinders of the frame + Amplifiers (to regulate the sensitivity of the detection cells).
- BOX N° 2 : Functions ON/OFF. Functions to open and to close the head of the Prepruner. Equipped with 1 potentiometer to regulate the speed rotation of the blades and 1 potentiometer to regulate the time of the cycle of opening and closing of the head of the Prepruner according to the ground speed.
 Cutting height = 820mm (8 blades + 1 notched disc).
- 3 operating modes to open and to close the head of the Prepruner:
- Automatic mode for detection by optical cells,
- Manual mode by hand lever,
- Mechanical opening mode thanks to the notched disc.
- Machine equipped of 2 pair of cells + 2 amplifiers.
IMPORTANT:
- Minimum oil flow required: 30 lpm,
- Necessary minimal pressure : 150 BAR.
